What does this program give you?
- An individual consultation via email to work out your goals and tailor your program to your individual needs, lifestyle and personal preferences.
- A training program written specifically for you by a Level 2 accredited athletics coach.
- Each week you’ll receive your outline for the coming week which will include a variety of sessions designed to build your endurance as well as challenge you both physically and mentally.
- Access to our private Facebook group, Run Club, where you can check in with your team, make friends and have daily access to coaches and mentors.
What does a typical week look like?
Your plan will be completely individual to you, but here is an example of what some of the sessions might look like!
Whether you are training towards a specific event, or wanting to find out just how far you can really go, our 12 or 16 week online courses will give you all the practical support you need to succeed!
Is this the right coaching program for me?
Because the training is customised, you don’t need to be running a particular distance to be able to start, but if you haven’t started running yet, you might like to check out our Learn to Run program instead. Learn to Run is a great foundation for any goals you might like to achieve. People who are interested in being an active part of our #opmovesisterhood community are people who will get the most out of our coaching programs – the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it! Your plan will be based on your time commitments and your priorities and you will have the support of a great team and coaches to make sure you stay on track.
Why group coaching?
Group coaching allows us to provide high level coaching and support at a fraction of the price you would pay for one-on-one service. Whilst many running coaches charge in the vicinity of $200 a month, for less than $20 a week, you’ll have access to accredited coaches and experienced mentors. The added social accountability and friendships within Run Club will make your Operation Move training experience something to remember!
