Katie and I have been working on a podcast for ages. And when I say working on, I mean talking about how we should do a podcast. But the logistics always seemed impossible. Between us we have six children, so that’s a whole lot of organising to be done and up until last year we both still had one at home. And although we both agreed that our conversations were hilarious and well worth broadcast we were a little short on quiet which comes in handy when you are recording.

In our first episode we talk a bit about how Operation Move started and where we started too. It’s easy to forget that we weren’t once both vehemently opposed to exercise and smoking a pack of cigarettes a day.

And we also talk a bit about how you can be an athlete and a fat person, which seems to be a topic of interest lately.

I hope you enjoy it and if you do, please give us a rating in Itunes!
