The million dollar question. How do you fit it all in?
This week Katie is back and we are talking about the million dollar question. How do you fit everything in? There is work and life and family and sometimes kids and how do you fit a training schedule in around that?
Some tips we are this week are:
- Create a realistic plan, not an aspirational one
- Appreciate that getting most things done is a win
- Create space around your activities to minimise stress
- Understanding your body to make sure you are recovering well
You also get the pleasure of a cameo from Piper (my five year old) – it’s school holidays, sometimes you just have to roll with it!
