School holidays are here, which for many of us means more children at home.
It also means we need to get a bit creative to fit in our workouts. This playground plan means you can get out and enjoy the Autumn sunshine, have some fun with the kids AND get your workout in all at the same time. Perfect!
The great thing with play equipment is that you can be as creative as you like. Set up a circuit and race your kids around the swings, slides and monkey bars for a great cardio session that they will love as much as you!

There are loads of other moves you can incorporate as well, like squats, lunges, crunches… Bring a picnic blanket and throw in some yoga or stretching and see if the kids would love to join you!
I know the thing that puts off a lot of people is the thought of what other people might think. Here is my take on that: 1. who cares and 2. chances are they are quietly thinking how great it is that you are working out and wishing they felt brave enough to do it too.
