Want to join us? It can be a fun way to change up whatever your regular workout routine is and we keep each other motivated through the month to keep going!

    Why the heck not! - see if I can last longer than the plank challenge ; )

  2. Oh yeah, why not? I got to 60 seconds on the planks and time ran away.. I can't keep up with the day it is let alone what I need to do on the day!

    Oh yeah I'm definitely in. I did this last time and it made a huge difference!

    • just did my 30 thinking of you.. I was mopping the house so every four swishes of the mop I did a super slow squat

      • Just about to mop the house now that the baby is asleep, might borrow this idea! Thanks Flash :-)

    I just remembered to do this! 30 squats done and dusted in one go :)

  11. Did my 30 squats with my 5 year old "helping" me - then we did an extra 10 just because she wanted to! I got off lightly, her first suggestion was that we do 100!

  15. I was lying in bed last night and I was really sore. I thought it was due to my run that night but then I remembered the squats. I am not looking forward to when we have to do lots in ine sitting!

  16. Oops over achiever alert. 120 today while hanging the washing and pushing the baby girl on the swing. 6 sets of 20 reps.
